Refund Policy: 

All purchases are final and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in the case of:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product received  
- Manufacturing defect

For electrolyte products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos.
For merch (T-shirts, Glass Bottle, Bundles), customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Size exchanges on apparel are not possible. Please refer to the size guide on the product page carefully before ordering.

For custom size orders (S / XXL), WhatsApp us at +91 96198 14581 before placing your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.
